When I first came to you guys I was told I was underpaid, given my skills, background, etc., I have to tell you I was quite skeptical. For a time after even, I felt like I was "ripped off." The job I landed after I worked with you was actually not the best, but I persisted and utilized the skills I gained from you personally to land a job that is a good fit. As I look back, the job I got right after we worked was largely a reflection of where I was at mentally after having been through some very terribly managed company's.
