Responsible for all accounting activities within the Minneapolis facility including general accounting, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation of Accounting and reporting practices from traditional to Lean environment
- Serve as internal business consultant for all areas of the operations organization
- Responsible for preparation of financial and operating reports
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley 404 activities
- Coordinate SOX activities for North America
- Participate in Lean process improvement projects and Kaizen

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CMA/CPA preferred. MBA a plus
- 3 plus years cost accounting in a standard cost environment. Accounting for Lean a plus
- SAP strongly desired or ERP systems experience
- Lean Six Sigma project work/training
