National provider of information security solutions and information technology consulting services with industry proven, best-of-class products and practices is searching for a Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities: - Identifying key business opportunities and developing successful strategies to penetrate medium to large targeted corporate accounts, both from an individual basis as well as participating in a sales pursuit team. - Establishing long-term relationships and maintaining as well as growing existing accounts. Must demonstrate ability to develop and manage deep C-level relationships and to utilize consultative sales skills at the C-level. - Building trust and rapport with customers and internal groups through strong oral/written communication, active listening and solid presentation skills. - Leveraging a consultative solution selling approach to identify and close sales pursuits at the $1M+ level.
Requirements: - Six to ten years of IT services sales experience. - Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with all levels of management across diverse markets in medium to large corporations. Proven success at new business development with a track record of exceeding sales goals. Must understand and have a comfort level with how technology helps businesses.
