The Director of Finance will have complete managerial responsibility for all aspects surrounding Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and SAS 70 reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Assess key financial reporting and claims processing controls and operating effectiveness and report risks to management.
- Provide customers with an independent evaluation of claims processing and controls effectiveness.
- Monitor and support compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
- 10+ years broad experience in finance disciplines.
- BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA / CMA or MBA degree preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of financial systems, statements and reports.
