The purpose of this job is to diagnose process improvement opportunities for complex business problems and develop and implement fully integrated solutions. This position will be the internal expert on designing and implementing business process solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Create procedures to support the operational resources.
- Systems requirements development and test case development

Requirements:
- MBA, BS or BA and combination of skills and experience in the health and or insurance industry.
- Operational knowledge of health and/or insurance business, particularly of the overall workflow and business process
