This posiiton will initiate and lead tax planning projects, serve as a technical resource for other members of the tax team, review the work of tax analysts, and lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a Senior Manager / Director with the practice of a large accounting firm or 10+ years of relevant experience with a large multinational corporation.
- Experience in the U.S. international tax rules with an emphasis on foreign tax credits.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving tax savings and process improvements.
