Senior Merchandising Manager will assist with the development and manage the execution of annual/long range operating plans and business objectives for assigned businesses.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development, execution and performance of businesses for a major retailer.
- Position must be able to demonstrate a management style that handles complex interactions within a matrix organization of internal divisions and external relationships at Retailer, as well as across multiple functional areas.
- Managing/maximizing the performance of assigned businesses including forecasting, product flow, new product development and interface with Retailer.
- Position serves as a key communication support between Retailer and Company's front-end and supply chain components.
- Position must be aware of retail and fashion trends, and implement overall business strategies for assigned businesses that ensure achievement of product line execution, sales, and profitabilty objectives for both Retailer and Company

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in product development and retailing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial/decision making capacity.
- Knowledge of knit and woven product.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under tight deadlines, work effectively in a matrix organization and achieve results.
