Plan and direct Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Support, Facilities Engineering, and other support services for the facility in Nothern MN. Development and execution of the annual business plan for the Engineering organizations. Ensure that the objectives and initiatives of the Engineering and Maintenance departments are aligned with the strategic plan and business focus areas.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science or Engineering (minimum).
2. 10+ years of related experience in a leadership role.
3. Six sigma black belt certification, APICS certification, SME Lean certification, ISO experience; preferred.
4. Thorough knowledge of Engineering and Quality systems.
5. Major project management experience.
