Strategic lead the finance and accounting team to achieve group business objectives by developing strategic vision and tactical plans, collaborating with the executive team and mentoring financial staff.

EXPERIENCE:

  Minimum of 15 years financial/accounting experience; proven track record of achievement/advancement to progressively more responsible positions; minimum 5 years in senior financial executive role (e.g. CFO)
  Experience with professional services firm(s)
  Experience with rapidly expanding business
  Experience in mergers and acquisitions
  Experience with business having multiple locations in multiple states

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Establish group objectives.
  Establish group plan.
  Promote internal communication.
  Ensure group performance.
  Recognize and utilize corporate resources.
  Conduct Team Leader performance appraisals.
  Recommend wage adjustments.
  Communicate with team members and management.
  Maintain professional knowledge.
  Review professional and market segment publications.
  Actively participate in applicable professional societies and trade associations.
  Achieve individual performance objectives.
  Meet or exceed designated individual Performance Objectives.
  Contribute to team effort.
