EXPERIENCE:

  MUST HAVE demonstrated experience in the Consulting industry
  Led large multi-functional programs within a global 2000 company.
  Grew a professional services account over time, and persevering through high and low revenue periods.
  Managed client expectations effectively and partnered with clients to understand and change their business practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The company currently seeks an Account Partner to be a key member of an engagement management team. The Account Partner will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of consulting engagements, as well as for developing relationships with client executives and growing and expanding accounts at one or more of our Global 2000 clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  Sales and delivery management within the client account.
  Account financial activities, including leading proposals and pricing, invoicing, project contribution margin, account contribution margin and review/approval of time and expense reports.
  Building and maintaining executive-level account relationships across business units.
  Developing and implementing marketing strategies as it relates to the account and the account industry.
  Partnering with other company resources (such as subject matter experts) and introducing them into the account to assist in closing additional work opportunities.
  Establishing solid references and success stories at the account.
  Developing, managing and coaching senior consulting resources into effective leaders.
  Establishing and building vendor relationships within the account.

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

Required skills/experience:

  Consulting and consulting leadership, either in a consulting firm or within a business unit of a corporation that provides services to other business units.
  Developed creative solutions for client problems.
  Expertise in at least one of the following subject areas (business process, technical architecture, call center technology, or organizational transformation).
  Experience in the CRM space.
  Experience managing complex, large-scale projects.
